Dave's Hot Chicken

First time there I put in my order at 7:26 I did not get my food until 8:23 even after going up multiple times to check on my order status. When I finally got my order I did not get what I ordered I got hot instead of reaper and hot which is what is stated on my receipt! Upon going up there and notifying (Avia) she tells me NO I PUT IT IN THERE, with a horrible attitude and I tell her your more than welcome to come look at our plates and she processed to storm to kitchen and yell at her employee reaper asap. So I go sit down and wait, an employee passes by and I explain the situation and understands and that’s when they let me know she is the avia (boss) and informs me to right a review! But wait it gets better upon waiting for my order I get brought a piece of bread with a piece of chicken not a slider, at that point the whole process seemed like a joke. I really hope she isn’t the person you have representing your store as management or any kind of charge because she has very poor customer service skills!

The hot chicken is really freaking hottttttt, I got the chicken slider naked (no spice)and it was delicious but any spice on it no matter if light, mild or higher is not edible because it's sooooooooo hot. They have cherry coke though so that's cool.
