We went to Dave and Busters twice recently. The first time wasn't too bad except for the shredded dime that was in my drink. I had almost completely finished the drink before realizing I was getting metal pieces in my mouth. We were given two $50 gift certificates to make up for this. We decided to go again at another date and use the gift certificates. When we arrived the place was filthy. Tables, floors, bathrooms, everything was dirty. We reserved a table and enjoyed our meal. The food was great but eating beside disgusting tables and our service was not up to par. Our waiter complained about the gift certificates that we pulled out after we ate and said they couldn't be combined together. Then when we decided to split the check (on our $200+ tab) he complained again. Needless to say, we don't plan on coming back to this location.
Had fun here. A lot of games were turned off and pushed to the side, including some of the better ones. Hope they get things straightened out soon because I still have a lot of game credits on my card.
Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, but the food and atmosphere was excellent. Hire more staff if possible!
Great place to bring children. The kids will go from happy to sad in less then 30 minutes because that is about how long it will take them to blow through a hundred bucks of games. In the end, you are treated to 20 minutes of indecision as your kids try to figure out which cheap products to purchase with their virtual tokens. All in all - standard experience for a family at the D&B.
Took my son here on a Saturday, and it was packed. The service was great! I had garlic parmesean wings with fries, and they were delicious . The televisions are great, and I was able to catch my Blue Devils game. My waitress was really good and attentive.
Lots of games to play but they are expensive. The kids put all their tickets together to get a slushie cup and they use it everyday. There was a petting zoo the last time we went. Better deals and shorter lines at customer service would be great.
Had a great time with my family. Food was stupendous, and the service was awesome. I wish I knew the waitress name but she had the cool long stiletto nails, that she did herself, lol. Kid-friendliness: Great place to set the kids loose (using the buddy system of course)
I brought a school group here during a convention and my kids waited for over an hour to eat. The refills were slow and waitress Kayla was incredibly rude. This isn't the first time I've had poor service here either!
