We only went for the games. But with that being said, the games were a lot of fun. My family enjoyed all of them. The workers were very attentive to any games out of order and quickly got them back up and running. One family hit the 500 point jackpot but the machine registered it as 4 points. So the attendant made it right I got the family their 500 points. So overall a really good experience for the games!

Once seated by the hostes, my family and I sat without service for 45 min due to a misunderstanding regarding assignments between staff. The food appeared rushed to cook and tasted subpar whilst the servers distributed dishes with what can only be described as disdain. If I were to rate the establishment separately, food/restaurant to arcade the restaurant would be a 2 and the arcade a 4. In addition to the shoddy service, whereas servers lack hospitality or enthusiasm. I'd have to strongly discourage the pizza on the kids' menu. My kids described it as. "Like eating cardboard" and "worse than cafeteria pizza at school." However, the steak was amazing. My family and I had a blast at the arcade. Tickets were relatively easy to win. The place was clean, including the bathroom, and the atmosphere was fun and energetic. My only critic for the arcade was that the kiosk situation was a little confusing, and staff appeared uneager or even bothered to assist.

This is like a casino for kids. Mind-numbing, overstimulating, can't win any games. There are hardly any games for kids too, it's just a money pit, but with offers like 5 drinks for $5 it's clearly just a bar.

Food - 4 Stars. Is very good. We went Sunday and we were for sitting around 15 minutes. Nex time I will give you 5 ⭐. Food was good but the burger wasn't 100% well done, but was fine. Other issues?
