Dave & Buster's Philadelphia - Franklin Mills

Everything about the place was wonderful. I took my kids for their birthday and had an awesome time. The only issue was they couldn't sing happy birthday to my 5yr olds because they didn't have a patient for a song. Parking: A lot of space and was crowded inside but still plenty of open spots to park Kid-friendliness: The arcade area is big enough and there are plenty of games for all ages. My kids love it and always want to keep coming back. Even the rest room has a stole for my kids to get up so they can wash their hands.

Terrible location. Tiffany the bartender straight up stole 70$ out of my card & I’ve called in regards to this & still have yet to receive reimbursement or a refund that they promised of any sort. Very unprofessional & unstructured, if this happens so often shut the location down. Its only this d&b I’ve experienced this in.
