Dave & Buster's New Orleans

The games were fun. After playing we went to the front desk to ask about getting seated in the restaurant area because no one was at the hostess stand. She told us to go seat ourselves. Our party of 6 sat ourselves and sat there for about 30 minutes and were never even acknowledged. It wasn’t very busy. We left without ordering.

They threw out my card after I got up from my game for 20 seconds then would not refund me or reimburse me. By the time they got me a new card they had closed all of the games. Additionally, they double charged me on drinks. Would not go back.

The games were Fun. They have a Pump It Up Arcade Dance machine which is awesome and my main reason for going. Parking: They Parking prices are down right ridiculous 30 to 50 to park is just a rip off.

Was my daughter’s sweet 16. We sat for 30 mins with no service. Finally she took our order and 45 mins only half the order came out. We waited a few more minutes and asked where was the rest she said she didn’t know. Finally she comes back but with only some that was missing. She stated she couldn’t bring the rest bc they were out. By this time everyone else was done eating. I asked to speak to the manager. I told him I would pay for the things that was consumed but I would not be paying for the rest as we didn’t receive it. 20 minutes he come back and tells me we would not pay for any of it but next time I better not tell a manager what I’m willing to pay for and what I’m not paying for. He threw the receipt on the table. I told him he doesn’t need to speak to his customers that way. He started yelling for me not to tell him what to do. He called for security even though he was the one being aggressive. Security came and the manger made a threat about me shutting up and then he and my husband got into it. I left and my mother in law stayed behind to get our money back. Don’t go there and honestly the manager with the dark hair and bun needs to be fired. Throwing stuff, cussing, making violent threats towards female customers and demanding I don’t tell him what to do. Wow anyway half our party left hungry and never even had the chance to play the games.

half the floor is blocked off and there are much fewer games than when it opened. Server wasn’t rude to me, but was rude to others that i overheard
