Dave & Buster's Jacksonville

I love the new upgrades to the TV's and the dining area. Great place to watch the games and playing games. They have some deals going on that is a no brainer.

It was super fun . And the staff in the bar was super nice too

We went with several of our friends to eat dinner and play some games, only intending to spend maybe 2 hours there. We got there at 7:30, got stay at our table at 8:15 (we were told there was a 45 minutes so that was okay), but we didn’t end getting to leave until midnight. The service was literally the slowest and most incompetent service I think I’ve ever received! We spent over $300 at our table and they charged us for items that weren’t ours from the table next to ours. Even the manager was rude when we needed to have our check fixed and we were being easy and just asked for everything to be on one so they didn’t have to worry about splitting it up by item. It took over 20 minutes to have the issue resolved and that was after we wait over 30 minutes just to get our checks. Any time we wanted to order something or ask for something it was a minimum of a 20 minutes wait just for our server to check on us. It usually took several times of asking to get what we asked for, one of which was a bun for my hamburger because our servers took a “plain cheeseburger” as literally only meat and cheese. My friend’s boneless wings were rubbery like they had freezer burn and the French fries were soggy. Needless to say we will not be going back or at least not getting anything to eat if we do, since we still have credits left on our card for games… so beyond disappointed.

Not many things to choose from. A small menu not like the one back in Cobb county Ga. But the employees were really nice and our waitress was great.

I came for the strawberry watermelon margarita with the strawberry infused ice cubes like it says in the menu and the server said that the machine been down for six months for the strawberry ice cubes. Poor lack of communication!!

Great burger bartender was not very attentive. He got $ 2O% on the tab sad thing is I'm a bartender and had left the bartender a few hours ago at Bonefish $50 tip on my $34 tab. His loss older people tip probably better than the young ones that got all his attention. The bar back was more attentive and I would have given him a $10 for getting my mayo and just being nice .
