Always a fun time, but this particular time the service was not the best.
Worst experience! We made a reservation from Dave&Buster's company website for a big team event. When we arrived and surprisingly found the place was double booked. The arrogant manager did not honor our online reservation. He said they had no control of online reservation and they will not contact people for issues with online reservations. Cannot believe it! Off my list forever
Terrible customer service. Took my daughter and her friend today (they are 14) and we sat at the bar and had food and drinks. The bar was completely inattentive and any time we needed anything we had to find someone to request it. We left to run some errands and left my daughter and her friend to play games. They have a source of payment and tried ordering food but they wouldn’t serve them without an adult. I’m sorry you don’t like money and paying customers? Mmmm kkk. Definitely will not be returning. Yall should take some advice from chick fil a. We spent $400 today and yall can’t serve my kid some food? I hope the management team is better at the new south location.
Tried to go but was informed of a false advertisement during spring break on getting a discount. They didn't honor what the commercial had stated. Since they were their own franchise, they didn't have to honor it, oh well, their loss.
A bit overpriced but games are half price on Wednesday.
