The best Bloody Mary in San Diego, so far!
Overview: Known among locals as the "Navy Seal Bar," this establishment lives up to its reputation as one of the coolest hangout spots in town. My visit here provided unique insights into the heart of the community. Local Vibes: The authenticity of this place shines through, thanks in no small part to its staff, who are proudly local and have a genuine warmth for fellow residents. It's true, this spot isn't particularly tourist-centric, but that's precisely what gives it its charm. Patriotic Support: One thing that's immediately evident is the unwavering support for our troops. The atmosphere here exudes a deep appreciation for the military, and it's heartening to see such a display of patriotism. Conclusion: The "Navy Seal Bar" is more than just a place to hang out; it's a glimpse into the soul of the community. If you're seeking an authentic local experience and a chance to connect with the spirit of support for our troops, this bar is a must-visit. It may not cater to tourists, but that's part of what makes it so special. Embrace the local vibes and take in the patriotic atmosphere—it's an experience worth having.
Danny’s is one of my favorite bars in Coronado! Great service and reasonably priced drinks. Quin was great, she dealt with an annoying customer better than I would have.
Dive bar with good burgers. It has gotten horribly expensive. Navy/SEAL hangout.
Went for the 1st time this evening... Great bar and service... Half pound Ortega burger was SPICY and tasty! Guinness was of perfect temperature. Music was a bit loud but nice people at the bar made the evening!
