Atmosphere was okay, felt very rushed! Sat down ate server was very good, drinks came fast, food came fast. We ate, enjoyed our drinks and moments after finishing saw roaches coming out of the pillar on to our table! Then decided to take a step back and saw several under our table! We spoke to a manger and he did buy us each a corona! High five! But does not make up for the disgust!
I rate this place a 1 the food was nasty and not season they don’t season their chicken and cut off their fat theirs still a lot on their the only things that’s good you have too add a lot of salt on the fries and than the “bbq” sauce don’t taste good either don’t go here a waste of my money the fries taste good with a lot of salt and ketchup the soda is good tho
Once again I had a negative experience at this Dallas BBQ location. This place is a tourist trap! We ordered 3 Texas size drinks and all 3 came with a shot we didn’t ask for. We didn’t say anything because we thought they were included or maybe the drink was virgin and the alcohol was separate but to our surprise once we received the bill there was an additional $2.50 charge for each drink. If you go there and order make sure they are not including any additional because they will do their best to trick tourists. Well, since they though I was a tourist I left a “tourist tip” for them :) —— original review I was at this restaurant with a foreign friend who's visiting NYC and does not have a NY State picture id. She's 34 years old (and doesn't even look very young) but the waitress would not serve her alcoholic drinks because she didn't have her passport on her. She had a valid picture id but according to the waitress only NY State ids or passports are acceptable (and she was too far from her hotel to pick up her passport). What a shame! My friend was eager to try Dallas BBQs Texas size drinks this was very unpleasant. I live in NYC and I used to be a Dallas BBQ fan but I'm never going back to this place.
