Always enjoyed the chicken cheesesteak , I use to eat the cheesesteaks when i started. But no red meat any more.

My expectations were probably too high since I've heard how good they are for many years. My cheesesteak was ok but it didn't knock socks off, as I had expected it to. My wife wouldn't even finish her cheesesteak, she didn't like it at all. She thought it tasted like cat food. Funny thing is, I ate the other half of her steak the next day and it seemed even better that it did fresh. Maybe it was an off day for us? Edit: I've seen many online reviews suggesting this was BAU and they were good many years ago but not so much these days.

Wir haben bei Dalessandro unser erstes Cheesesteak verspeist. Daher haben wir keinen Vergleich aber wir fanden es ausgesprochen gut. Die Frau am Schalter war sehr hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen freundlich und bemüht. Parken ist etwas schwierig, wir hatten Glück und konnten direkt vorm Laden parken. Tolle Erfahrung!

Very long line and sandwich overrated

Long wait for a cheese steak at a legendary spot. I thought the cheese steak was too chewy and didn't live up to the hype. If you're going to order anyways, at least call in your order so you don't have to stand in line and can wait the 25 minutes for your order to be prepared in a more comfortable place than standing on the sidewalk

Be expected to wait 40 minutes even if you were one of the first people to order for the day.

Felt like 35 pounds of meat. Great? You could get more flavorful meat from a gas station. Not going in on the toppings. Other bad reviews are accurate. But why would you not even put salt or pepper on the meat. It did not taste any worse when I threw the whole thing up an hour later. If I’m lying I’m crying and I haven’t shed a tear. I wish I could give 0 stars.
