Rude attitude to customer very bad service and the food was not even good not coming back here again
Great place for South Indian food, fast service and tasty food.
Food is good from here but some people don’t serve properly or like I got hair in sambhar but they treat like it’s normal hair in food is not normal, we just showed up and they didn’t gave any discount to us.
Scammers- for many years likely defrauding HMRC due to their repeated insistence “CASH ONLY”, and shrinking portion sizes despite prices increasing. Half the box was missing from the last order! Classic Indian scammer behaviour Edit in response to owner response: thank you for confirming you are indeed tax dodgers, you bring shame upon us hard working honest Indians…likely own a scam call centre as well
Staff were rude and not very hospitable. We wanted to take home the food and chutney that we got with the dosas that we ordered. But we were told we can’t take home any of the chutneys, even though we paid for them! We asked to speak to the manager, the lady said the manager isn’t here. Also, we asked if we could have Mogo chips with no spice as one of my family members couldn’t have spice. We were told they can’t give us plain Mogo chips. The lady was so rude and not very helpful at all. We had heard many good things about Dakshin but unfortunately, after this experience, we won’t be going back again or recommending this restaurant to anyone.
Highly enjoyed. Very underrated Vegetarian options: Dosa, paneer, idli Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly
Parking: Park at the paid parking space nearby Kid-friendliness: Staff is very friendly, free treats to children. Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible
A Truly Delightful Dining Experience The ambiance, food and mainly the food was really great. Can’t wait to visit again
Not the best atmosphere but that is more than made up for with the fantastic tasty food!
