It's nice place to visit for dine in with family and friends, glad to see they have started a daily buffet and was surprised to see that variety of items in that price, it's 12.99 in weekdays and there are plenty of items to choose in veg & non veg. must recommend.......
Went for a weekday buffet . Limited options available but all of them are worth ordering ala carte as well. Didn’t try the sweets in the lunch buffet. The staff at reception is very friendly. Will probably be back for the weekend buffet as the staff told us it would be a big spread with close to 40 items.
Used to love this place. Still do, for the food. But the place has no maintenance. This week when we entered the place, you could smell the bathroom as soon as you walked in. Was worse than what you would experience in a highway dhaba. Did not think any restaurant management would let a place run to ground like that.
The food is delicious but I’m very disappointed about the variety. Just a few dishes. I see the restaurant respond to positive reviews but not negative can you please explain. ⁉️⁉️⁉️
Food was either very oily or too fatty and there was no flavor. Even Veg curries were full of oil. Naans are the only option to eat with curries. So you have fried oily appetizers without flavor, naans made from all purpose flour and oily or fatty curries. Sad to see that Indian restaurants are not keeping up with the times. People are more educated now and became more health conscious which is the reason why Chipotle and Cava have become more famous. If they continue to depend on people who make bad food choices, they will be out of business soon.

We had an exceptional dining experience at Dakshin Indian Cuisine in South Charlotte. The food was simply outstanding, with each curry bursting with authentic flavors and spices. Despite being busy, our dishes arrived promptly and were piping hot, indicating a commitment to freshness and quality. To start, we savored the chicken karivepaku and karampodi, paneer karampodi, and chicken lollipops, each appetizer showcasing the chef's skillful mastery of Indian cuisine. For our mains, we indulged in the aromatic garlic naan paired with tender kadia chicken and flavorful chicken biryani. The medium spice level added a delightful kick to the dishes, enhancing the already beautiful flavors. The chicken biryani, in particular, stood out for its intricate blend of spices and textures, leaving a lasting impression. Overall, our experience at Dakshin Indian Cuisine surpassed our expectations and ranks among the best.
