*UPDATED* further disappointed: actually made it inside this time, but the system would not allow my gift card to work. Had to pay out of pocket, and was overcharged for add-ons that I never ordered. To be fair, the young ladies each took the time to try and help me with my issues, but were either not very knowledgeable or just stuck in an outdated, non user friendly system. At the very least, I wanted to fill out the survey to get a free dilly bar for next time, and the website wouldn’t even allow me to proceed after entering my 19 digit receipt code. So I ended up overpaying out of pocket for a mediocre blizzard. I would avoid this location at all costs until DQ updates their system or at least trains/treats their young employees better. Arrived at 7:50pm to grab a sweet treat for my wife who was having a bad day. Doors are already locked, despite not closing until 8. An employee is still inside closing down, looks me right in the eye, and just walks away. If you’ve updated your closing time, then clearly say so, otherwise that’s just laziness. Quite disappointing
