Dairy Queen (Treat)

I recently visited this Dairy Queen location and ordered a Turtles Blizzard, but unfortunately, it came with no toppings. When I inquired, I was told the toppings had sunk to the bottom, which defeats the purpose of a Blizzard. Despite asking for a refund, they refused and instead added the toppings. This experience left me extremely disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

Only two people work here and manage everything. I really appreciate their hard work. Caramel Fudge Cheesecake is the best blizzard I've ever had!

Amazing place

I went today there around 10:50 and i place an order on mobile and the door was locked. The guy came outside and told me can you cancel the order because we are closed but still 10 minutes left. The way he talk with me very rude. He start moping first but didn’t make my order first. Never come back again. I don’t have any option to gave 0 star.

On the 24th of march I went to grab a blizzard for my self and my little brother, the store closes at 11 and I came at 10 45, 15 minutes prior to closing. I go to open the door and the door is locked and the man inside proceeds to tell me they’re closed. I then call their number and tell them that I’m coming 15 minutes before closing meaning their store should still be open. He tells me that they need time to close and I proceed to tell him I’ve worked fast food before and that’s not how it works, he tells me “ every owner has different rules and procedures. I ask for his name and he said I will not be giving you my name. Unacceptable. Drove all the way from Oakville for them to be lazy and not wanna serve me when I came in 15 minutes before they close. Unacceptable horrible customer service and care.

Today I went here and ordered Triple chocolate brownie. A person who attended me, he was talking on his phone with his headphones. He gave my food cold. I told him it was not a tripple chocolate brownie as brownie was too cold. He doesn’t even realize his mistake and rude to me. Then I asked him to give me a refund but he denied and make the new brownie for me. You need to change your staff. Very disappointed with the service. I will never come back on this location.
