Dairy Queen (Treat)

Been coming to this location for years now and the Quality and service always are spot on. No issues with wrong order and good customer service has always happened. Continues to be my go to location.

Not sure what the deal is with this location, but I will not be returning. They are rude and even though I frequently order the same things, the quality is always inconsistent. I ordered 3 slushies and an Oreo cheesecake blizzard today. The slushies were fine, but the blizzard is nasty. I don’t know if the cookies are stale or old or what, but something isn’t right. Avoid this location at all costs!

We go to this location often and it is always good... Tonight, we had a small hiccup with our drive thru order. The manager Kenny was right on top of it! He totally took care of us and our treat was AMAZING as always. We totally love this Fishers location 96th st & Olio rd and will continue to enjoy treats from this 96th DQ location ! Thank you Kenny & team !!!

Store dirty, manager not helpful or nice. Atmosphere of store is not good. Put a tip jar in my face after giving me terrible service. I will not be returning to this location.

Avoid this location. Did not have cake done in time. Poor customer service.

Awful service and he automatically charged me a 20% tip on my credit card. Looks like new owner from a few years back and it is terrible.
