Been going here for 50 years!
Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to in terms of service and atmosphere. Older Asian woman at the front counter said something very disrespectful about my service animal (who is always on his best behavior). This location is not okay to take your service animal if you have a disability. They will try to ask you to leave. This is against ADA guidelines and I’ll be following up with corporate.
I strongly advise against visiting this particular Dairy Queen due to the extremely rude behavior of one of their employees. It is important to remember that treating others disrespectfully is unnecessary and can greatly impact someone's day. We should always be mindful of the fact that we never truly know what someone may be going through. Instead, it is recommended to uplift and support others, as a simple act of kindness can make a significant difference in someone's day. Unfortunately, the negative experience with the rude employee has led me to the decision to never return to this establishment. I even went out of my way to tip the other employee separately, as he was decent and deserving of recognition for his service. Ice cream is supposed to make you feel better. Just saying.
Lack in training on redeeming deals using the app
Food was good and the service was very friendly. They have a limited good selection but was great for a quick lunch.
Great Blizzards! friendly and fast service
Have always loved this location. My niece wanted a chocolate dipped cone with sprinkles so they did exactly that! Thanks DQ:)
