Tried to go through drive-thru. Was barely even at the speaker . (My car window wasn't at the speaker yet)when a person kept telling me can I take your order and as I got to the speaker . (Car window to speaker) he was like "you could come inside and take your order. " Mind you this. I had 2 sleeping kids in the car. (I wasn't gonna yell) I get to the window. And I told them that I wasn't able to order at the speaker. And the guy (look like a manager) in the background wouldn't even come to the window. "Was like I asked you multiple times can I take your order. I was watching the camera." Didn't service me because I was unable to answer. Completely rude service!!!They wasn't even busy. Will NEVER return. So I recommend that if you want the rude service. Go for it. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! THIS PLACE IS TRASH!

Good service and all around is a place i can recommend to others.

This store is the exception. Fredricksburg road l9xation. They genuinely care. Professional. They strive to do their very best. Espinoza was one of the best I've seen in a very long time. Accuracy, polite, kind and caring. She had a long like of people. She rocked!!! Outstanding!!! A long day and she was still positive and paid close attention to every order with a smile, a thank you and have a good evening. Her GM, Geno is amazing as well. Encouraging everyone as a team. Positive comments. Building them up. You don't see much of this anymore either. I had a very long day at the hospital. She didn't know that. She really made a big difference in my day. Easter Sunday evening. Thank you!!!! Happy Easter!
