A lot talking among workers and not giving full attention to customers coming to the counter.

Taco Tuesday you can never go wrong with $1.29 tacos.

Drive thru area is tight all around. Person answering the speaker- might not be seen but you can tell what kinda day your having by voice. Have us go all around till we get to side door to come out with my food. It's always cold by that time. Girl at window was nice. Used to love the hunger buster, but feel the meat got thinner or something changed to it.

This location specifically is always so slow. It took 30 minutes to get my food from the drive thru. I only ordered two milkshakes, and a kids meal of steak fingers. This location is also very dirty on the inside.

Messed up my order twice, by the time I noticed the 2nd mess up they were closed that they couldn't do anything. Didn't even get a refund for food I'm not gonna eat

My friend ordered the Carolina Reaper taco. After waiting in the parking lot for several minutes, I went in to check on her order. The counter worker asked the cook staff about my order and was told they never received the order. I asked about the package on their pick-up shelf. It was my order, just sitting there. The taco was cold, so I asked them to remake it. Once that was done, the counter person just handed me the bag with no words or apology whatsoever but immediately walked over and started talking to her coworker at the drive-through window. What made it even worse, my friend said that when she ate the taco, it was just a regular taco. Not the Carolina Reaper taco that she ordered. I will there never return to that Dairy Queen.

I just don't understand why it takes 20 minutes to get me ice cream and it's melted. If you're going to have me wait... make sure it's not all MELTED.
