Food was good and served quickly with a smile. Greeted and order was taken by a friendly guy who I think may be part of management. I think his name is Chris. He's a fan of personal tech as we enjoyed a little chat about our smart watches. Noticed how personable he was with everyone who he had helped. Great job man.
Overall, this was an enjoyable experience. The drive-thru line was very long. I ordered on the app, and that made it simple. However, I believe our order had been done for a minute before we got to the window because the top layer of our Blizzard was already melted. The claim to fame is that they can flip them over, and there was no way to flip them, or they would have all spilled. The biggest annoyance was that they don't mark the flavors at all. We had 4 blizzards and had to taste test to figure out who's was who's.
