You’d think we’d learn by now. Do not expect to get what you ordered or paid extra for on your order from this DQ. Probably our 6th/7th order via Uber Eats/Doordash and special instructions are completely ignored! You pay for extra ingredients and it’s ignored!! Twice we got smart and called this DQ after ordering to confirm they got the order right. THATS THE KEY! Cuz otherwise, they do bad business and manage bad business!
Super friendly staff and manager. Was there for an event. Everyone enjoyed their food and I was shocked to see they have plant based dilly bars now
I get it....Berkshire hathaway has shareholders to worry about so they hire kids that take less money understandable, but it's showing in the service Update: over two weeks to respond...equal to the time spent in drive thru, seems about right...

Comfort food. Fries are really good. Gravy is nice and thick.
Went in the evening after placing a mobile order. When I arrived I told the kid at the front counter I had a mobile order, he couldn’t find it so he got the manager on duty. She rudely explained to me that they didn’t have the tablet for their own mobile ordering system they only had the ones for the food delivery apps. So had to repay for my order and place it at the counter. The fries they gave me were cold but everything else was alright. I was not issued a refund at the time of replacing my order. Called the next morning to talk to the GM and he was much more pleasant and apologized and issued a refund for me. Would recommend going during the day and not at night because that manager obviously didn’t know what she was doing.
