i ordered soft icecream chocolate dip cup. This has been my fave for over 60 years! The server quicky dipped the cup and as a result there was barely any chocolate on top. I tried to be light and told her that I hadn’t had it in three yesrs could she please dip it again. She was extremely rude, refused and yelled at me. Don’t go at 5:00 on Sundays.

Actually my wife, daughter, and grandson were interested in DQ. Not me and they did like it well enough.

Quincy Dairy Queen is always a good spot to venture to. The staff are efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend the Banana Cream Pie Blizzard.

I visited Dairy Queen in Quincy two days ago. My cherry dipped vanilla cone was stale, and the ice cream was melting and warm to the taste. The cherry dip was soft like ice cream straight from the machine to my hands. They need renovations immediately. The ice-cream machines in there are hot, old, and slow as the business that stands. They also need gloves and and better customer service... and yes you can feel the racism when a person of color clearly gets a smaller amount. I'm fine with never returning.

Horrible customer service!! Ordered $6 m&m blizzard with chocolate ice cream. I got a vanilla blizzard with about 5 m&ms in it. I wasn’t even going to say anything about the flavor, but when I mixed around the whole blizzard and couldn’t find more than a few m&ms, we told the girl at the window about our issue. She was rude and insisted that she had put two scoops per policy and didn’t care that we were showing her there were practically none. She called over a co-worker who said the same line about the two scoops being policy without even looking at the clearly m&m-less blizzard we were mixing in front of them. I have worked in customer service all my life and would never be difficult or aggressive, but I had to walk away because I had a horrible day and being gaslit about the number of m&ms in my blizzard by some snarky teenage girls was the last straw for me. We had gone out for ice cream to try to put a sweet end to a such a rough day but these girls made it even worse. Ended up throwing the blizzard away. Waste of money and one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I have ever had. 0/10, would not recommend this location.
