Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We came on Friday evening for dinner and the guy was unable to process our gift card, we were ok we can get that checked out because we still have the receipt for it (bought at another location) . That night my other half and I got very ill! It was from the food! Our weekend was ruined and we were stuck in bed running to the bathroom with chills, sweats, vomiting and the other end. We will never get anything form this location again! My recommendation is stay away! Your stomach will thank you!

Visited this location tonight with husband, very disappointing. First the cashier was taking my order then another employee came up to her and started talking in another language, so she stopped listening to me. Then I repeated a second time my order, but she didn't hear me again because of her headset, so I repeated. Third time, she got the 2 chicken wraps, then said is that everything? I said no I'm not finished - ordered 2 small blizzards for the BOGO for 1.99 through the app. The app wouldn't read my barcode so had to give her a code, and asked to have our blizzards after we ate (dining in)....our order was ready within 2 mins...we went to sit down by the back but it was an overwhelming smell from the bathrooms absolutely disgusting. Every table/booth needed to be wiped so we opted for the handicap table by the door. Me & husband took a bite of the wraps and they were cold. I took them back to one of the employees (I assume someone who was cooking) and told him we would like new ones they aren't hot. So he said no problem..took the wraps to the back and all the employees stood around looking at our food speaking in another language (cashier who took our order is looking at me). So I go sit down.....10 mins later fresh wraps come out. Hot this time way better. Got our blizzards after eating, which where good but noticed the staff just standing around in the back talking. My biggest complaint is the fact you shouldn't be speaking another language (which I assume is punjabi) discussing our order or others orders..no need for that. Go clean the store front when you have no customers. Make it look presentable. And CHECK YOUR TEMPS /EXPIRING TIME - YOULL MAKE SOMEONE SICK.

Really friendly staff. The food was hot, and the desert was cold.

My peanut buster parfait barely had any chocolate, and they only gave me a small spoon for some reason (not good for a parfait, it gets ice cream on my hands cause the cup is too deep). A disappointing experience overall.

Was told can't dine in at 10pm the sign and internet says 11pm
