Had a terrible experience here with the cashier and manager who would not replace the awful sundae we got. They would not replace or refund us our money! Do not spend your money at this location, management doesn't need or want your business!

The blizzard and poutine were delicious

Not the friendliest service especially in the drive thru right from the speaker. Desserts are great though!

I feel all staffs are not happy with their job. I come to pick up my Uber order, I received this order 5mins ago. This order only has a chicken strip and a brownie. i have to wait here 15 mins for them. Instead of figure out how to finish quick, 2 of them are just walking around, and on just stand in front and watch outside. Lack of management. By the way, another customer try to ask for some extra sauce, this lady just keep saying, no I can’t, instead of explaining why.

Not the friendliest service, the cashier obviously hates their job. Our blizzards were just placed on the counter. They didn't even turn them upside-down. I'd recommend going to a different DQ.

Had a terrible experience at this location tonight, will not be returning. Placed my order on the mobile app for drive through pick up. I roll up to the window and the “supervisor” wanted me to come inside and sit down for 15 minutes because the order apparently didn’t show up in the system yet. Mind you i showed her the dairy queen app confirming the order was placed and paid for. What a joke. My family and I have been coming to this location for years. Safe to say we will never be returning. 0/5 stars.
