I hate this dq. Always an extremely long wait in the lobby because they prioritize drive thru. Also the workers seem like their really don’t give a damn

There are teenagers learning the fast food business and trying really hard here. Can't wait to see how good they become. One machine was broken also. Couldn't get what I ordered.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Literally was told I was lying about a drink that I have ordered at that same place as well as other DQ locations for years. Nothing more than a Marshmellow Coke... They ring it up as a large beverage and marshmallow ice cream topping. Simple. Yet the girl taking the order told me that I had not ever gotten that beverage there and she knows because she has been there for a year and she works everyday. And the could not make it - no explanation why. It was embarrassing and frustrating. As per my family And I we will not be returning. Nor will other that hear of this experience. I suggest Dairy Queen have a refresher course in customer service because she doesn't meet the standard. Two Thumbs DOWN!!!

Was with my mom when we went through the drive through and had the worst service ever. The lady at the window and taking orders seriously argued with my mom that she had not ever ordered a marshmallow coke at this dairy queen before and that's a lie because we come here at least once a week and she always gets one. My mom even told her how they ring it up as the large drink and marshmallow topping and she still said my mom had not ordered that before at thar location. She made it seem like it couldn't be done so my mom just had to.get a plain coke. Seriously rude to.treat a customer thar way. Mom said we will never go there again ever after that embarrassing scene. No stars for customer service.
