Guy working the drive thru was extremely unprofessional and rude. And your app is terrible. Your customer service needs a lot of work

Couldn’t get my order right and service was truly the worst… sad..
This particular DQ is always the best fast food location in the county by far. Orders are always complete. The staff is incredibly friendly. And the place is always clean inside and out. The food is always fresh and hot, and the ice cream is always prepared proper. They dont skimp out on napkins and condiments when you ask for them.
Went thru drive thru a short time ago and along with my meal I ordered a pup cup for my dog who was along for the ride today. I was given my total and I was surprised at the amount ( I order the same meal at the Osceola location on a fairly frequent basis). I inquired at the window and I was told by the young woman that was at the payment window that the pup cup was $2. I explained that it was free at the other location, so I didn't expect that. I had already ordered and assumed they were preparing it, but said that I wouldn't make that mistake again. The DQ person helping me explained that this location donated the proceeds. When I it who it was donated to , she noted "like the Humane Society or some place like that". I have donated to our local Humane Society the last couple of years, and if that is who they are donating to I certainly think they do good work and are deserving, but she wasn't clear who actually benefited. When I expressed that I thought it was ridiculous to charge/donate for an item that other locations give away, this young woman became very rude and condescending to me. Personally, I don't want to donate to DQ to have them turn around and take a tax write off for "their" donation to the Humane Society. It's my opinion that this practice takes advantage of the customers kind heart. They should not be hiding this donation in a normally free item and springing it on the customer. Secondly, DQ needs to train this particular team member better, she is not equipped to work direct customer service. Do better Sourh Bend DQ.
As with all fast food, over priced and shrinking portions.
