Found out for the first time that they have 50 50 ice cream and you can get any of the desserts. How you like it with vanilla, chocolate or swirl?

I only wanted a kids ice cream cone, but no they wanted to charge me like I was buying ice cream for three kids. Why is one cone going to be basically $6 with taxes . I'm not trying to buy DQ I just wanted a ice cream cone . So, I ordered two sundaes for $7 . The ice cream melts way too fast and there was way more caramel than ice cream.
