Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Big surprise that this Dairy Queen has so many bad reviews, how pathetic must you be as a business owner to not be able to have satisfied customers when your only goal is to fill their faces with ice cream and you can't even to that. I ordered an ice cream cake through uber and realized within 2 minutes of the order being confirmed that it was being delivered to my work address so I cancelled and reordered the same item from a location near my home. The desperate broke losers at this location wouldn't refund the order. Keep in mind this is a pre-made frozen cake that is sitting in their freezer, they must be so close to going broke that they have to keep your money in this circumstance that I highly recommend you avoid this "business" unless you go in person and pay in cash as they must be on the verge of bankruptcy to be so pathetic. Enjoy your $53 "payday" you scumbags and I can't wait to see the out of business sign on your store the next time I happen to drive by.

Great ice-cream!

Have been here a few times as it is in walking distance from me and everytime the staff has been very disinterested and not willing to take your order until you’ve been waiting for a long time even if there’s 5 people working and 3 are just chatting in the back not doing any work. Plus the food isn’t filled properly so you’re missing part of your order. When ordering a medium blizzard, it was only 3/4 of the way full and wouldn’t add any more even though I’ve been to numerous other ones and they have no problem topping your blizzard up if they didn’t make it properly.

The staff was very nice and pleasant polite, But sweeping the floors and making a bunch of dust while we eat was a really bad idea.
