Every time I go here it is clean, great and quick service. Recently I bought an ice cream cake and requested a ridiculous picture to be drawn on the cake and, I believe the staff member’s name was Sasib, did an amazing job . Great experience overall. Would recommend

Bad customer service rude staff and it scammed me because they didnt give us free ice cream when they said they will saw a big rat near it

Ordered 7 hours prior to pickup. Not started when we arrived - lame excuses given’ the guy with the chocolate frosting isn’t here’ . 7 hours …. And another 30 minutes for the cake to be made ready. You have been warned- either call ahead or give yourself plenty of time. Totally disorganized.
