Harjot was an absolute legend when we came. He was able to work effectively through the chaos and gave us some elite service! Great guy!

Sooo..we just ordered from this Dairy Queen on Skip (111st and Ellerislie), the most disgusting and repulsive chicken tenders I have ever tasted. I get it it's Skip but sending out this quality of food is not cool, we spent $47 dollars for cheeseburger combo, chicken tender combo and 2 blizzards. Just for look at the picture for yourself.

The food is usually pretty good, the ice cream usually great. However, they’ve decided it would be fun to “add a few buttons” to the debit machine - which now has a tip menu. Get. Outta. Here. No reasonable person is going to tip for a drive-thru, you are doing your bare minimum job. Entirely ridiculous, and needs to be called out.

Food was cold and horrible

Hi I went to store to get Blizzard and I had free Blizzard coupon which I got it from work. I went to drive-thru and gave coupon to cashier. Her name was Sandi apparently she was night manager. She said that I can’t use the coupon because it is not signed and stamped by store. I told her that I have used these coupon at this location before. She started yelling at me for no reason and slammed drive thru window at me. She didn’t even hear me properly. Then I parked my car and went inside store. I asked her that I need to talk to her manager. The way she treated me was terrible. She again walked away from me. I could have paid for blizzard but she started yelling at me and slammed drive thru window at me. She was being racist at me. These type of people have no right to be customer service and even she is the manager of the store. Shame on you Sandi!!
