This is fast food, Not a fancy restaurant and the prices are very high. It’s usually empty… no customers. If you ask a sensible question, they laugh at you, Don’t go here

Ordered a football ice cream cake a week in advance. I told them I wanted the bottom brown like a football. I got a soccer net and soccer ball....this is Indiana. Football is American football. Not soccer.
