Went there tonight to get our family dessert. Blizzards! Everyone knows that when you get a Blizzard what are they supposed to do? Turn it right upside down right? Well we bought 3 of them. They lady barly flipped it half over. But she did it so fast like she flipped them upside down. She never did, I even called her on it. The manager came out and we viewed the footage and it showed that she never flipped them but the manager tried to play it off like she flipped them. When I said that's not turned upside down. Her own words were, "come on we're busy" I walked away and said but thats your guys one rule! I don't know about you guys but I've been waiting a long time to call someone out on that! It's something you always look for, well I always do? What's the point of you having that as your rule and not living up to it. Said they were busy when there was like one other person in line. Was not really busy at all. I don't really like how when you call them out on it and they don't acknowledge it! Why have that as your rule than? Really sad when you have your long standing rule that comes from your own company that they don't even fulfill the free blizzards! Am I wrong here for wanting to get my free blizzards?

Don't eat the mint oreo ice cream

Hands down the worst ice cream cake I've ever had. And I get them for every single occassion because I don't like regular cake. It was all chocolate ice cream with a tiny thin layer of vanilla on top. The writing I got was fine, but messy and not well placed. For $40 a cake, I'll be driving to another location in the future.

Stingiest DQ in Calgary. They never mix there blizzards, so all the toppings and fudge is on the top. Go to the Dalhousie location if you can
