Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered 4 blizzards and all were full except for 1..it was barely mixed and the cup wasn't full...very disappointing for the price paid!

The manager (a Woman with terribly drawn on eyebrows) created a hostile environment for theìr employees by outwardly talking down to them. I physically witnessed 2 of the employees outwardly weeping and having a breakdown. The mismanagement and unnecessary haste provided a terrible end product. The ice cream was already melting and the chocolate dip was thin and done poorly. I do not blame the employees but more so the management. Do better. Apologize to your employees.

This restaurant is 24 hours which is very convenient especially because I really like the Misty drink so much!

This store gets a 1-star because of price gouging... What everyone needs to know is that Dairy Queen corporate does not set the prices... So if you think you are getting ripped off look around, we drove 5 minutes south for a much better experience and a vastly different price.

This location in Shawnessey usually has great service, but just went through the drive-thru and the employee put my one hamburger in a bag without asking me if I wanted a bag and charged me for the bag??????? A note to the manager….. tell your staff to not automatically put order in a bag and charge .15 cents without asking! Especially for one hamburger. Looks like you’re trying to bender off your regular customers!!!!!!!

"I just purchased some food from DQ at this location and I was so disappointed with the drive-thru cashier. I ordered two kids' meals: cheeseburgers with chocolate milk, and also three more plain cheeseburgers. However, I received all cheeseburgers; there are no such things as kids' burger combo meals. When I asked her if that was all, she said yes, even though I had mentioned the kids' meals, and she seemed angry. There was no apology, just a quick closing of the window. I wanted to complain further, but there were people waiting, so I just drove away. This is really bad service from DQ. They should train their workers to be kinder to customers. She looked upset and didn't offer a single smile, thank you, or apology. She just regarded me as an annoying person."

To think this cake was bought…FOR $55 In the most respectful way possible, the lettering on it is off centred, not what was asked and it just looks awful. I expected a much better result as I usually have a better experience, but what I got was a far cry from that. It's disheartening to see such lackluster attention to detail. I strongly advise others to think twice before a getting a cake with lettering from this location. This experience has left me genuinely upset and questioning the value of what I thought was a reliable choice.
