Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Trying to get the manager on the phone but finding it difficult, the grand Dairy Queen has my child’s wallet and pay check but won’t return my phone calls

Overall good food and atmosphere. Service note: they have a gentleman employed at the front who is rude and is fake nice to people. I saw him be rude to a delivery driver because he asked the driver which order they were there to pick up but didn't wait for the answer and started talking to the driver next to them. He then got mad when the driver raised his voice when he asked the second time, claiming he didn't hear. He proceeded to be rude to the driver telling him he didn't mean to made him mad. The driver wasn't mad and ried explaining but the employee refused to listen rudely filled out a card for a free blizzard card for the stunned driver. Not paying attention to any customer is ridiculous. My kids saw this happen and I had to explain to them the behavior. On top of this yhe employee started talking to the other driver about how he was raised to be nice and that apparently some people aren't raised that way (basically talking about the other driver.) I was appalled that someone working the front counter is such a jerk!! I won't be going to store in Grand if that is who that have taking care of customers.

Yesterday we went in for lunch after a day at the hospital. It was a crazy day. We were treated by a very nice older man. He was soo sweet and kind. He made sure everyone got what they wanted even thought the stress level was high. Coudos to you I wish you well and the best of luck on your journey called life. Thanks for the Be the light bracelet, I were it with pride.

Everyone here works fast and friendly, which is always greatly appreciated

I ordered a new York cheese cake blizzard thru drive thru then I called them when I was in line I asked if I can add something, she made it sounf like it's going to codt yiu mire im like well hello. Like I couldn't afford to pay for it and like they didn't have time . I had to wait 10 to 15 mins they had the time and I could afford it. I kept yelling when I was at the window one worker seen me but acted like she didn't see me. Very rude and unprofessional. I'm really upset.

Pretty nice place service is not the fastest but great customer service and they bring the food to your table big bonus for FAN food come here often and will continue
