Daily Buffet & Grill

Me and my family from out of state came here to eat today 2/10/2024 the food was good how ever one of the waiters was really rude to my family, and she wasn’t even our waiter. we didn’t get a refill of drinks or anything. Now remind you this is a buffet we had been there about 45 minutes and the waiter came up and slammed the fortune cookies on the table and said thank you. Everyone looked at each other kinda like does this mean this is time to go. About five minutes later we all getting our things together to leave. The waiter approached my family and said something like “I didn’t touch your tip!” Then she walked away. We all looked like what in the world? I asked her excuse me she repeated the same thing. Her tone was bad her body language was bad. I asked my family to wait outside. I asked to speak to a manager to let her know the situation. I let the manager know which waiter I was having an issue with. We walk over to her which she mean mugged me and laughed with co worker. we finally approached her the co worker ran off. I told the manager this girl thought it was cool to approach my family about a tip without givin us a chance to give a tip. The waiter start to laugh and speak in her language.. the manager told me the waiter said she was letting us know that the tip wasn’t included.. it was at this point that I lost my cool. Because what made her ever think we didn’t know that, this isn’t my first time here and this isn’t a normal routine for them to tell their customers that. I asked her “ so you thought it was okay for you to approach my family being rude about a Tip??? Moral of the story I almost knocked her tf out. I felt it was racist because I am black she thought we wasn’t going to give a tip. we will never come here again. And for the record it was 100 for 4 adults and one child, with no refills or anything. Just trash. If i could give 0 stars I would just because what she did, her attitude and ill treatment left a bad taste in my mouth that overpowered everything I ate.

Don’t pay attention to the bad reviews. This place is cool and worth the money. Everything was good from the food to customer service.

Overcharging. Had a birthday party for my sister. The lady just ruined the whole party telling us some of us didn't pay.
