Daguan Noodle

Confusing. Waiter couldn't assist with questions, waiter said that meal comes with rice, but had to ask for rice after the meat came. Food was cold and rice portion was fun size.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, and quick seating and service. My daughter ordered a jumbo shrimp bowl, spicy, and she loved it! My son and I ordered original pork and chicken, respectively, and I have never had such a bland bowl of food. The broth has no flavor, the chicken and the pork were not seasoned or marinated. The pork fried coating was tasty. I was so looking forward to going to Chinatown for authentic food, and I was so disappointed. The tofu squares were the only tasty thing in my bowl. My daughter didn’t finish hers because she was full - they serve huge portions! My son and I didn’t finish because, like someone else said, it wasn’t worth the stomach real estate for lettuce water. If you’re going, try anything other than original and you may be lucky. The pork egg rolls and bottled black sweet tea were amazing though!!! The pork buns were meh. I wish they served half bowls, so I wouldn’t be so sad to lose $30 on two bowls that were barely eaten.

I used to came here and eat tomato rice noodles…but when I come back again, their soup is so plain and taste like water :( the food is consist of frozen fish tofus which I can make at home as well. Also they took away the vinegar I asked for when I was still eating??? I really hope their quality gets back to usual so that I can eat rice noodles again

To preface I have never had Yunan style noodles/soup before. The atmosphere was clean and quiet, and the employees were very helpful. But the beef soup was the most bland and untasty meal I have ever had. Never in my life have I stopped a meal early due to poor quality, but it was not worth taking up stomach real estate in Chinatown for this lettuce water.

It is not what it used to be. The soup is basically boiled water with half a sauce packet. They don’t serve gradients in small dishes. Instead now they throw all the frozen bits into the bowl and hope that you don’t notice that they were in a freezer two minutes ago.

Bad experience. The “beef brisket noodles” recommended by the waiter was so chew! We told the waiters, they said no other people complained it today; Also they took the bowl away while we still eating without saying anything! The whole service and eating experience was horrible! What kind of Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant is this? Such a poor service and food quality! Never come back again.服务员推荐的牛腩面牛腩根本嚼不动！我们前后告诉了2个服务员，她们说今天没有其他客人说爵不动，意思就是说是我们的问题？看我们吃完了什么也不说就把碗拿走了！这是什么米其林推荐餐厅啊？服务差、质量差，再也不会去了！
