Cuts Steakhouse

I came here to celebrate a birthday and my waiter Alphonso took great care of us. In the short amount of time we were at the restaurant, he took the time to make sure we were comfortable and get to know us on a personal level. I was genuinely pleased with how attentive he was and made sure we had great service. The bartender Dexter made excellent drinks and the food was 10/10. Overall a great experience and would return.

Too loud. Guy at table behind us was vaping pot! Unacceptable for the prices they ask..

Disappointing. For an "upscale" steak house, the steak was comparable to a chain steakhouse, the service was less than, and the experience was mediocre at best. When we walked in, we loved the ambiance, and I was complimented on my jacket by a server, which put this off to a great start. We were excited to eat some quality food and have a good time at Cuts. We were sat at a hightop in the bar area and business volume was average. Initial service was good. We were being served by the bartenders. We got our drinks and the spinach dip as an app, which was delicious. We ordered our steaks with a wedge salad and a side of mashed potatoes. A food runner, brought our food and we reminded her of the wedge salad as it was the only thing missing. She returned with a Ceasars salad and we reminded her it was supposed to be a wedge. 15 minutes pass and were almost done with our meals. We notified our server of missing salad and the food runner checked with us shortly after to see if we had it, but we didn't. Once we finished our meals we told the food runner to just scratch the salad. The bartender apologized and offered us shots on him to make up for it. Then, he forgot about the shots (which we didn't even really want but decided to take since the experience was blah) when we tried to get his attention to get our check, 20 minutes later, he suddenly remembered the shots and brought them over with our checks. The steak was alright but no where near a 60$ value (I ordered filet) Mashed potatoes were delicious. Overall the service was frustrating, the food was just good, and the experience was mediocre at best .

First time at Cuts. I am eating by myself. I would never spend a penny again at this restaurant and would never recommend this to anyone I care. To begin with, the reception was extremely rude. At an upscale restaurant and ending up paying 178 dollars for a single person, of course I’m expecting an amicable and pleasant experience with the receptionist. The encounter was horrendous. With the spirit of she was about to quit the job or blow up the restaurant anytime soon. Her annoyed facial expression, her response, her attitude, tone, and body language said everything. I don’t think this is acceptable. Waffle House employees treats me better than this. When asked if I could have a different table because I didn’t like the location and the really high wooden chair that was uneven (also old to make squeaky noise when shifting weights). After a long day, I was wanting a comfortable seat, asked her if I could change seats and she just handed me (basically threw) all the menus to me and left. I had only asked if I could move, not where. It didn’t come as a surprise due to my first encounter. Starting from this unpleasant encounter, I wanted to not let her ruin my dinner or the experience cut has to offer. I ordered from a full service bar table with the bartenders taking orders while eating their Chick-fil-a food. You should go and eat comfortably not eat your food while waiting for order, especially at an upscale restaurant that charges 20/25% gratuity Automatically. Totally thrown off by this. How the hell are you training your employees. But I wanted to taste the food. So I kept my calm and ordered. I ordered a white wine(Riesling) with Arugula salad, Ribeye steak Medium with a Zinfandel red wine along with mashed potato and truffle asparagus. I ordered Medium Ribeye I got a very chewy almost a well done texture. I’m used to well done and even well done isn’t this chewy. I don’t know if it was defrosted or whatever but I Cook well done a softer texture than this medium that I got for +60 dollars. Truffle asparagus was pretty pathetic as well, seemingly having been brush painted with slightest amount of truffle. The scent was there but ever so slightly and the truffle oil flavor was close to non-existent. If you are gonna charge $10 for asparagus for having a truffle title, make sure it owes up to it. Highly disappointed exprience. Off the top of my head, go to LowCountry steak at midtown, you’ll have such a better, superior experience with much more worth of your money, with higher quality food and service.

This place is amazing! Great atmosphere. Great food. What really stole the show for me were two of the BEST servers that I’ve ever seen!!!!!! Naja and Brianna! These ladies were professional courteous knowledgeable personable and just a delight. They weren’t even our servers and they caught my attention! Please go see these ladies! BE KIND!!! And please tip well. These ladies deserve raises! ASAP!!! Service like they gave to their patrons today is almost impossible these days. Again ASAP on the raise!

Excellent steak house in Atlanta. The food was well prepared and the atmosphere was great.

We had the Best time celebrating our Parents 55th Wedding Anniversary. Our server Leilani was top notch and the manager Kendrick made sure we enjoyed every moment. Thank you for making our experience amazing. We will see you again soon

Agree with the other reviews that food is overpriced. I ordered a NY Strip (not prime) with mashed potatoes and asparagus, it was nearly $100 with included gratuity. No drinks or appetizers. Steak quality was average at best, and the portion size of sides was very small (single scoop of mashed potatoes and 5 asparagus). Service was fine. Should have gone to Rathbun's or even Morton's/Ruth's Chris.
