Food very cold cmon guys. Make people’s money worth. Great customer service BUT FOOD VERY COLD NOT COOL AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME LOST A CUSTOMER
This place was much better when their schtick was serving “burritos without borders.” You could get a Thai burrito, a BBQ burrito, etc. They had some interesting things. Now they just serve meh “Mexican” burritos and are a sad shadow of what they used to be. Picture a Chipotle with inferior food and higher prices (nearly $5 for guacamole!) and you’ve got this place.
I travel for work and I come to Boston Airport a lot and every time I come here I eat from here with no issues now today I'm tired and hungry first when I go I asked can I get corn on my quesadilla and one lady says no and walks away then I asked the other lady why not and she explained now ok .. so I set for a while to think what I wanted to do so I asked for a burrito the white rice wasn't ready so she finally gets that and I ask for steak and they said it wasn't ready ok that's fine I'll wait til it's ready so she set my burrito with corn and beans on the side and when I came back for it she picked that same burrito up and try serve it to me being smart saying she's not making a new one .. that's very nasty and unprofessional especially when I spend money there all the time I will never go there again .. I work in customer service and that's not the way to treat people.. I wasn't nasty to her at all it's very disrespectful and not the way to treat people I have the right to take my time when I'm spending my money .. and I know they was being smart cause when I walked back up the one girl tapped the lady that was being smart for her to do that .. I don't do bad reviews but that's unacceptable
For airport food, very good egg and cheese breakfast burrito, many toppings available, quick service, only $9. Great value for BOS.
What a mess. The staff could not ring up customers or figure out what people had ordered. After a long wait...I just walked away.
Food was good, but the lady checking us out had a very bad attitude when I asked for chips and a little extra sauce (she only put a little bit on because it was the end of the bottle) another in my group didn't get 2 things he wanted because they wrapped his burrito before they were finished going through the line. Wouldn't recommend. Go across the hall to sbarro instead. Spent about $25 for something chipotle would charge $15 for.
Don’t order breakfast. They don’t have chorizo, offer chicken, and the breakfast burrito costs more than a lunch burrito. Guess the staff needs to self tip.
