First time here. We saw the great reviews so came over. Excellent as advertised!
Good home made salsa and delicious quesadillas, the chicken was cooked to perfection, the margaritas were well priced and the staff was friendly. I will definitely come back to try more.
Love love the staff always friendly, good food & drinks, although things have changed a lot its starting to not be the same. Still 100% recommended.
Their food is incredible and the avocado margarita is one of the best I’ve had!
Sooooo good! We also ordered some Chicken Tamales to go for NY's Day brunch, absolutely delish ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
a great experience! me & my wife got the queso flameado (without meat), pollo poblano, and vegetarian chile relleno. I like that there was heated outdoor seating. the food came pretty quickly. My wife liked that there were multiple vegetarian options! all the food tasted good. would recommend for a night out in Austin.
Nothing fancy just great food prepared and served by great staff. A homey place with classic Austin charm.
Curras has been a favorite restaurant of mine for years. However, unfortunately over the past year, the owner’s focus seems to be shifting more towards profit than quality. They first decreased portion sizes of the side dishes, then they changed the enchilada plate to include only one side when previously it came with both rice and beans. Finally, the quality of the food has gone downhill and many items are overpriced. I ordered dinner to-go two weeks ago and both the refried black and refried pinto beans tasted horrible. Sadly, Curras will no longer be a frequent destination for me. Only pros were the service I received was great.
the ceviche smelled bad, The meat was cold and bad service. 2/10.
