I came in the other day and got my food handed to me by Rubi who which i could see in the back looking and pointing at ppl while laughing with her friend. I’d been waiting for well over 20 minutes and i was watching her do nothing. When she handed me by food she barley made eye contact and mumbled something after. I think she said have a good day but i couldn’t exactly tell and she walked off to fast for me to ask. seemed like everyone was slammed with things to do and she was being as unhelpful as possible I feel bad for for her coworkers. However the food was very good.
Pride themselves at preparing high quality food. The fried pork chop sandwich is huge. I order that occasionally. I sometimes order fresh high quality butter burgers are cooked on a grill. The batter dipped fried cod is a great choice also. Butterfly shrimp you can't go wrong.
Had a good time with the staff and the service was great and the restaurant was very clean great experience
Friendly service in good city
Most Culvers I have been to have a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. But the management here is definitely lacking in customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at a different Culvers. Staff makes it seem they are struggling to assist the guest. This Culvers used to be my go-to Culvers. But I usually use another one. Must've had a change in management lately. And my food was lukewarm at best. Disappointing. Management here is lazy. I was here for 45 minutes and not once did I see a manager come from their office.
I hadn't been to a Culver's in over 3 years, and had the craving for a Mushroom Swiss. It was delicious
