Culver’s

We've eaten here a handful of times. The food is pretty good, though the burgers could use a touch more salt. The frozen custards are great. Honestly, the only downside that I would say is that the food often takes a while to get to you. We ordered via the app and did curbside pickup. The app stated that the food would be there in 5 minutes. It took over 10 minutes. This occurs often when you order via the drive-thru as well. Beyond that, I would recommend them for the food.

We love all the employees at this location, they always go above and beyond! And you can't beat the food that's for sure! We love stopping by for concrete mixers, the frozen custard is delicious! And their fried fish is always light and crispy, never greasy!

The food was good, but the service was terrible. The line was too long inside so we went through the drive thru and this was a mistake. It took over 20 minutes to order and then after we paid they made us pull up and wait 10 more minutes just to get some ice cream. Do not go to the Montgomery Cross Roads location if you were thinking this would be fast food. The inside needs to be cleaned. The trash cans were overflowing and the tables needed to be wiped. Do better Culver's. This was my first time trying a Culver's and I will not be back after this experience.

Really good! Shakes are to die for!

UPDATE: 6 months later -- still great. UPDATE: still keeping my orders correct. Every now then I like to treat the staff to a milkshake. Drinks all around Food is absolutely delicious. Every employee I meet is friendly. Numerous visits and not ONCE have they gotten my order wrong. Spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite. But, so far, everything....down to their garden salad...has been delicious. PS never leave without some of their yummy custard (aka ice cream). Parking: Plenty of parking, side and back. Kid-friendliness: It is very child-friendly. Healthier food options than your average "fast food" establishments. Wheelchair accessibility: Front door parking and easily accessible.
