Culver’s

Ran out of ketchup the night before. Was there for lunch next day....still no ketchup. Spoke to Manager and asked why they didn't just go to grocery store? Was told short handed. REALLY??? So you would rather tick off tons of customers than go to a store which is 5 minute drive. Who is running this place????

Cons: Inconsistent Service: Unfortunately, the drive-thru experience has been consistently disappointing. Orders take too long, and mistakes are frequent. Burger Mishaps: Despite requesting no cheese, burgers often arrive with cheese. Overcooked patties have also been an issue. Shake Mix-Up: The confusion between milkshakes and malts is frustrating. Getting the wrong drink can ruin the entire meal. Energy Drain: By the time you receive incorrect food, you’re left feeling defeated and angry, with no energy to ask for corrections. Overall Impression: Culver’s has potential, but the drive-thru service needs improvement. Attention to detail and better training for staff would go a long way. If you’re patient and willing to risk order mishaps, the flavorful ButterBurgers and might still make it worth a visit. Remember that reviews are subjective, and others may have different experiences. Hopefully, Culver’s takes customer feedback seriously and works to enhance their service.

My wife and I love the lightly breaded Walleye dinners that Culver's offers this time of year. Please don't change a thing. Thank you Darryl & Christy

Always has the freshest hottest food available at the time of purchase. Plus the ice cream there is so delicious. Parking: There seems to be plenty of spots around the store. To be able to park your car and get in quickly. Kid-friendliness: It is a good place for family. Wheelchair accessibility: They have up front to the door parking for wheelchair accessible people.
