I ordered a kids meal with pretzel bites. When I got home we saw we got a chicken sandwhich instead of pretzel bites. No big deal, it was a mistake that could be rectified, so I thought. My child was in tears, but I called the restaurant back and spoke with Layla Murray who supposedly is a manager. She said she would not give me what I originally was missing if I brought my receipt and the incorrect item I was given back. So I had to go back and order the pretzel bites again and give Culver’s more of my money when they were the ones who made the mistake. I’d understand if I wasn’t able to bring the incorrect item and the receipt back but I was able to do both. Layla is a horrible manager and the staff is overall quite rude.
