Culver’s

Feb 2024- looks like poor quality and poor service ruin's another great place. Ordered food, waited 25mins before asking where it was, they said just waiting on onion rings... Got the room temp food that had been made and sat in the window for 25 mins, but hey the onion rings were fresh. Went to let the manager know, she said it wasnt the onion rings, it was the chicken, and she'll let them know the next time... 36.30 wasted on dry room temp food. Won't be coming here for cooked food again I guess 2017- Burgers are great!

The gentleman that waited on us was magnificent!

The wait time for placing the order, paying for it, and receiving it, were all too long for the worth/convenience of eating at a fast food restaurant, let alone the drive thru. We were handed three orders that were not ours before getting our actual order. The sodas were flat and one didn’t even have ice in it, and the food bag was soaked through with grease like it had been sitting there for awhile. When I went to check if our order was correct, I grabbed one of the sandwiches but the wrapper had some much grease on it, that the burger fell out and landed on the floor of my car! We’ve come to this Culvers a few times in the past two years, but this was the nail in the coffin. We would rather drive 25 minutes to a different Culvers, than go to this one that’s less than 5 minutes away. I felt like we were at a McDonald’s rather than a Culvers. I know they can do better than this. I’ve already taken the survey so don’t bother replying to my review about that, use that time to train your employees.
