Culver’s

I’ve worked in the food industry all my life and I understand waits happen. I am not exaggerating when I say I waited for an hour. I ordered at 12:52p and did not receive my food until 2:30p. I ordered in the drive through and waited. I finally went inside with my number plate and asked for a refund because I was waiting for a while. The cashier asked if they had my order and the cooks said no. They were confused and didn’t know where my order was. I explained that I was waiting for an hour and I just want a refund. They gave me a hard time like it was my fault I’ve never been more embarrassed before. They finally gave me my food and it was cold. Very sad and disappointed. Manager Lady was the worst today she was working at 2:30pm today 1/18/24 at 2:30pm she should be fired she can’t handle being busy she blames customers who waited one hour for the food thank you for ruining my lunch!

Im a big fan of Culver's but yesterday was disappointing. Took my grandson out to eat I asked for burger with no mustard. Unfortunately the burger had mustard I told Mikayla or Kayla that I asked for no mustard. She returns to my table in 2 minutes with cold burger cheese not even. I return to counter told her I'm in no rush I want warm melted cheese cheeseburger. After 10 minutes she returns tells me you will get what you want. That's what I received charred burnt burger. Sadly my grandson wanted to finish off our meal with lemon berry ice cream but we were so disappointed. That is not what wanted. Ashame people retaliate because you speak up on what you pay for.
