Culver’s

I ordered online an hour and a half before my pick-up time. Pickup time was 730, and I did not receive food until 744. Had two other people that came in order got their food before I received mine. Nothing complicated with order two hamburgers and onion rings.

Culver’s is my favorite place to eat, and this location is the closest to my house, so I would typically go here or get my food. Unfortunately there have just been too many instances where this location has messed up. Whether it was waiting in line in the drive thru for over an hour, trying to pass off vanilla custard & chocolate syrup as chocolate custard, or missing items, there has just been too many bad experiences. I’ll take my business to the 54th street location where we always have a great experience! **EDIT 2/7/24** I felt the need to edit my review because this place is just so bad! I accidentally sent an online order to this location for curbside pickup. When I got there I had to wait close to 15 minutes for 2 mixers and a large fry. We ordered extra candy in our mixers, and EVERYTIME we do at THIS location only, they are SO STINGY. You pay extra and they literally don’t put extra in. Honestly it seems like they put less than normal. It’s so horrible. The worst Culver’s in the area!

Great place to get good food in a fast food setting.

Have fun waiting in line inside with no one taking orders, you just watch 15 employees in lala land behind the registers.
