One of Detroit’s culinary gems. Chef Paul Grosz never dissapoints with his imaginative, French inspired dishes. I especially enjoy the Zinc Bar area which is one of my favorite get-away.
Cuisine Restaurant is a cozy and elegant place that offers contemporary French-American cuisine with a European touch. The menu changes seasonally and features a variety of dishes, from appetizers and salads to entrees and desserts. The chef-owner Paul Grosz is an award-winning culinary artist who showcases his skills and creativity in every plate. The wait staff is attentive and friendly, and the wine list is impressive.
