Why would I come back: We've been coming to Crystal Springs for years, glad to see the tap room at the production facility is open. Great live edge bar with a small CSBC's journey began over two decades ago from a simple homebrew experiment inspired by the founder's son. The brewery prides itself on small-batch brewing (2 barrel and 15 barrel), allowing for a creative and adaptable approach to beer-making. It honors historical roots by taking its name from the original Crystal Springs Brewing and Ice Company in Boulder, founded in 1875. The company focuses on crafting a variety of year-round beers distributed in six-packs, alongside continually experimenting with new recipes for their taproom releases. Before they opened their downtown taproom, this was the only place to get Crystal Springs beer. Even now, here is where the brewing magic happens. The original location here is much less popular and you're more likely to get a seat. Great beer, good people.

Enjoyed my outing to Crystal Springs. They have created a wonderful community atmosphere where the staff and clientele genuinely enjoy each other. Shopseys pizza and wings complemented my Summertime Ale perfectly. This creative partnership works. Thanks for the good time.

This is such a great place! The owners are so warm and welcoming and the bartending staff are great. Also awesome beer!

I have been visiting this brewery at least every two weeks for the last 3 years. Sometimes multiple times a week. The atmosphere is great. Nate, one of the bartenders is awesome at what he does. The food they have is nothing fancy but good. And they are dog friendly. However, the last few months I have been disappointed in the beer/pricing. Almost everything on the menu, currently, is $6.5 for a 10oz pour. I can understand the higher price for beers close to 10% ABV or fancier Belgians, Double IPA’s.... However, I can’t justify paying $6.5 for a 10oz IPA ($10.40 for a pint). Especially with 10+ breweries within a few miles offering pints for $7 or below. I know this brewery prides itself on high quality beer. For the most part they have delivered. However, the last few times I’ve been the beer has been downright flat making the high price even more frustrating.

Excellent beer. One of my favorite breweries in the area with clean flavor profiles. Also they have free popcorn, very tasty looking and smelling food (haven’t tried it yet) and kind, non-pretentious service. Big fan of this place!
