The pizza taste Delicious
Some of the best pizza I've ever had.
Went there yesterday to grab a slice of pizza with my son for the first time. The girl at the counter was absolutely so friendly. Tonight I called to order a pie and salad, got the same girl… I raved how good the pizza was and we were looking forward to it again. I placed the order for delivery and she said “ok give me about a little over an hour “. It was 2 hrs didn’t receive it. So I called. The owner answered the phone and accused me of calling over 3 times… which I never did. Then proceeds to argue with me about what the girl who took my order told me. He says “your lying she stands right next to me and I know what she told you.” I said I can’t believe how I’m being spoken too… cancel my order… he then says “look you paid for it already and you’ll get it when it’s ready.” I hung up on him because I’m literally speechless at the way he treated a new customer. He needs a class in management and proper customer relations. I feel sorry for the front counter girl who has to deal with him. Needless to say… no matter how good I thought it was it’s my first and last time and I definitely will not recommend. Poor management! And you definitely don’t speak to a customer like that!
Bad attitude horrible customer service!
First and last time eating here my food took so long I didn’t know if I should be glad or not at least I knew it was fresh right so after waiting an hr for 3 personal small personal pies( -1* ) I get home which is literally 4 minutes away I go to eat the pizza and the crust is rock hard idk it it was cuz it was a personal pie or if they was going to the thin crispy crust but it was super hard (-1*) then the taste smh wasn’t nasty but I didn’t taste like good ole fashion pizza and my mozzarella stick was mad Lightskin yea let’s just say I wasn’t pleased at all
Crust is one of those pizzerias that has a very strong niche, and that is the grandma pie. A very crispy, saucy, and fresh taste completely outweighs their traditional round pie in quality and taste. Very good, and honestly underrated. Please note that this is not a knock at Crust, but I would come here specifically for the grandma pie. A well done square, I mean, look at my photo. They carry many unique specialty grandma-style pies that are fantastic. Prices are reasonable. Crust hits the mark for yet another eye-catching, mouthwatering pie in the Staten Island area.
This the worst sandwich I have ate , I ordered a hero and I even showed them and they have the audacity to tell me that's how they cook this is unacceptable worst sandwich ever !!!! U can see the chicken is burn !!!
So sad to hear they’re temporarily closed. Hope they reopen soon. The Grandma Pizza is Absolutely Amazing!!!!
