Crust and Roux - Gourmet Pizza, Pot Pies and Dessert Pies

Picked up pizza here today, usually tastes great. Some reason they put way too much parmesian.... Not a fan at all. Stopped in for lunch, pizza back to tasting great! Hopefully that chef has been trained who made the previous order. ****

Gute Pizza, Softdrink als refill und nette Pies salzig oder süß. Haben direkt einen Tisch bekommen.

One of the best pizzas we’ve had. We try pizzas everywhere we go and this is definitely one of the top. Crust is amazing

I got a pizza, it was ok at best. The high score tricked me, and I do see some 4 and 5 star reviews that blast the mediocre pizza. So their other stuff might be good. They should probably take pizza off of the menu. If they were to offer me a free pizza, I would pass.

Love the vibe, service but the pizza was a bit underwhelming. The toppings were quality but the crust wasn't great. It was really soft, with no crust on the bottom or flavor. The salad was amazing though! Next time I'll ask for a crisper crust to see if it makes a difference. The restaurant was very clean and organized which I appreciated and you can see them prep the pizzas up front. Pretty cool experience overall.

Food is always good but they messed up and gave the wrong size pot pie didn’t realize til I gotten home and they wouldn’t make me another because they were about to close…

We love this place. I order the Greek salad and a pizza with the family. I highly recommend giving this spot a try. It’s in town square located just south of Mandalay Bay. If you want a pot pie i would recommend calling ahead and having them start it before you get there. It’ll take about 30 min. I’ll have to update Greek salad pictures next time it didn’t last long enough to make it to the photo shoot.

Extremely disappointed. I was so excited to try this place. The pizza was anything but “gourmet” as their marketing brags, but the worst part about this visit was the service. We were sat at a table that created a bit of an awkward social situation, so my husband and I relocated. This obviously upset the waitress, who refused to speak more than two words to us after we moved until the cook messed up our order. It was at that point our waitress became slightly less icy towards us. I could understand if the restaurant was totally slammed, but it was completely empty. At the end of the meal, they gave us a $20 off coupon for our next visit, which I left on the table because we will absolutely never be back.
