We were visiting Reno and Crush kept popping up on my husband instagram! Let me just say their shakes are amazing only 125 calories we had the waffles and donuts as well and let me just say they do an amazing job ❤️ give it a try! You won’t regret it!

What a great concept. Owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious shakes and teas. Healthy options on the go. Love it.

Coming from someone who frequents Crush Nutrition often, I cannot recommend them enough for fast on the go HEALTHY alternatives to traditional protein shakes and energy drinks! This is what Reno needed! Not to mention AJ, Megan, and Katie are great! Def go check them out!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Staff is so friendly and extremely quick. I love their power combos that come with a protein shake and a power tea. The atmosphere is adorable with their pup Rigby hanging out and waiting for pets I’ve tried a variety of flavors, all which have been phenomenal. I haven’t had one yet that I didn’t love.

We live on the Northwest side of Reno and have made the drive down 2 days in a row just to stop in for a crush shake or tea! As a mama of 5 it's difficult to find a treat they all love and that isn't terrible for them or myself. CRUSH checks all the boxes! We are dedicated fans!

I didn't realize they closed at 3. So I pulled up and looked on Google for their hours. I kept receiving ads on Instagram about this place and I live across town. Well the owner caught me in my car and let me inside. Super nice super friendly guy, down to earth. It was my first time ever there and I appreciate him doing that I would've just went home. I had the special this month which was the Shamrock shake. DELICIOUS. I appreciate the healthy aspect and the vision they have for this place. I will come back and try more of their menu! The owner didn't have to let me in but I'm glad he did! The prices are super reasonable and the macros are friendly. Im glad they opened in Reno because we need more people like the owners and we need more of their stores across the city.
